The CPVO and Naktuinbouw signed a “Protocol for the acquisition of the test reports from Naktuinbouw concerning Phalaenopsis and Doritaenopsis varieties already tested in Taiwan”. The protocol entered into force on 1 January 2011. For details please consult the full text of the protocol.

The Administrative Council of the CPVO has adopted the following revised or new technical protocols and associated technical questionnaires in the agricultural and vegetable sectors:

  • Asparagus (revision)
  • Cabbage (revision)
  • Curly Kale (new)
  • Dill (new)
  • Lettuce (revision)
  • Triticale (revision)
  • Wheat (revision)

A new feature is available in the Client Extranet: it is now possible to download the complete varietal description as well as the final grant decision for varieties granted since 2008.
